HR & Operations Manager(Female)

Human Resources:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding of staff.
• Employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Implementation of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Performance management & conflict resolution.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily functioning of centres with adherence to SOPs.
• Drive customer experience and parent satisfaction initiatives.
• Manage vendor relations, facility upkeep, and contracts.
• Optimize processes, track KPIs, and improve efficiency.
• Plan & execute events, competitions, and parent engagements.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of HR & Ops experience (preferably in education, fitness, or service sector).
• Strong organizational & people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
