Job Title: HR Operations Manager (Work From Home)
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager will oversee HR operations and client engagements remotely, ensuring effective recruitment delivery and customized HR solutions aligned with client and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings and provide ongoing HR advisory support.
Manage multiple client accounts and deliver tailored HR services.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring.
Ensure consistent HR operations, policies, and best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain service quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Proven experience in HR operations with team-management exposure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
