Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle which includes onboarding, offboarding, transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and labor laws. Additionally, you will maintain and administer the HRIS and employee database with high data accuracy, generate reports, and dashboards for leadership as required. Coordinating and executing employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and exit documents will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and supporting the benefits administration process including insurance, leave policies, and wellness programs will be crucial. You will be required to ensure statutory compliance with applicable labor laws, audits, and regulatory requirements. Assisting in HR policy implementation, process improvements, and periodic reviews of SOPs will also be expected from you. You will act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, ensuring a high level of service delivery. Collaborating with recruitment and L&D teams for operational support where needed will also be a part of your role. Generating HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making will be among your key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is considered a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-to-large-sized organization, is required. You should have a strong understanding of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and compliance. Proficiency in Keka HR tool and advanced Excel skills are essential for this role. Experience with data reporting and HR analytics will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to process management are desired qualities. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
