HR Operations Intern

As an HR Intern at our organization in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in various HR activities and gain valuable insights into the dynamics of human resources. This 6-month internship is designed for recent graduates or students looking to acquire practical experience in HR processes. You will collaborate with HR associates and managers to support the smooth functioning of HR operations. Your daily tasks will involve updating employee master data, assisting in recruitment activities such as posting job openings and coordinating interviews, posting job descriptions on different portals, sourcing candidate profiles, and managing snack orders through Slack polls. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of daily bills and coordinating with vendors. On a monthly basis, you will handle administrative activities including updating bills, ordering office supplies, and assisting in HR-related tasks. Your additional responsibilities will include facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, coordinating training programs, maintaining employee records, addressing basic employee inquiries, and ensuring effective communication across departments. To qualify for this role, you should have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources or a related field. While 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred, internships or coursework in the field will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential along with impeccable organizational abilities and attention to detail.
