As an HR Operations Executive/Senior Executive at Aimlay Pvt. Ltd., located in Rohini, Sector 10, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the employee onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and database creation. - Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data efficiently. - Execute exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlements accurately. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws at all times. - Provide support to the HR team in audits and documentation. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in managing Onboarding and Exit Formalities. - Familiarity with HRMS or Excel-based employee data handling. - Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with employees and departments. - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly to maintain data integrity. - Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Table, V lookup, H Lookup, Countif, Sumif, etc., for efficient data analysis.
