HR Operations - Compensation Management

Role Overview: As a Manager/ Associate Manager - HR Operations - Compensation at SS&C, you will be responsible for managing compensation, bonuses, and increments for employees based on recommendations from senior leadership. You will play a key role in supporting the performance appraisal and promotion processes, as well as assisting in the yearly increments, bonus, and ESOPs cycle at a global level from India. Your contribution will be crucial in providing data related to compensations such as salaries, bonuses, appraisals, and promotions to support business heads in decision-making. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating insightful reports and executive summary presentations on recruitment, headcounts, attrition, and other talent analytics. Engaging with senior leadership to address inquiries and foster problem resolution will also be part of your responsibilities.
