HR Officer Generalist

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for managing complete HR Generalist operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to labour laws and statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, and Gratuity. Additionally, you will support performance management, employee relations, and training coordination. It will be your responsibility to implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance records, while also conducting employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete HR Generalist operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. - Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). - Support performance management, employee relations, and training coordination. - Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance records. - Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives. - Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you must possess hands-on HR Generalist experience and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS software is required, along with being organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
