Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment (sales, site staff, office staff).
  • Employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Attendance, leave, and payroll management.
  • Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws).
  • Drafting & implementing HR policies.
  • Conducting induction & training programs.
  • Employee engagement activities.
  • Performance management & appraisals.
  • Coordinating with management for HR strategies.
  • Handling multi-site/project HR operations.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 4–5 years HR experience in real estate sector (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage both office & site HR functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
