Who We Are Looking For

What Youll Do

  • Strategic People Leadership

  • Own and drive company-wide HR strategyrecruitment, engagement, performance, learning, and retention.
  • Team Building & Leadership

  • Lead a team of HR executives, recruiters, and business partners across locations. Build a high-performance HR function that supports scale and business agility.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Shape recruitment systems for scaleoverseeing volume hiring, niche roles, and location-specific workforce expansion plans.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee structured onboarding, internal movements, confirmations, and exit processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Performance Culture

  • Drive structured appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks (KRAs/OKRs), and ensure timely feedback systems are in place.
  • People Policies & Compliance

  • Establish, update, and ensure consistent implementation of company policies. Maintain full compliance with labor laws and HR documentation.
  • Learning & Development

  • Lead organization-wide learning initiativestechnical trainings, leadership development, and skill-building interventions.
  • Culture & Engagement

  • Be the culture custodiancurating engagement calendars, driving cross-location collaboration, and ensuring strong internal communication.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Use data and dashboards to track hiring metrics, attrition trends, employee feedback, and training effectiveness for leadership insights.
  • Leadership Collaboration

  • Work closely with Founders, Delivery Heads, and CXOs on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational restructuring initiatives.

What It Takes

  • 810 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic leadership or HRBP capacity.
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive, execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Experience with fast-paced, scaling organizations (outsourcing or architecture industry experience preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with a strong hold on HRMS tools like Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
  • Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
