HR Manager

As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in managing customer contact lists, sending out communications through our CRM platform, assisting in campaigns and follow-ups, and ensuring our CRM database is organized and up to date. Your responsibilities will also include providing support with reports, customer insights, and contributing ideas to enhance our communication effectiveness. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-player mindset are essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate. While experience with CRM platforms is a bonus, it is not a requirement. If you have an interest in marketing, communications, or customer experience, that would be an added advantage.
