1.Managing the hiring process for medical and non-medical staff, ensuring positions are filled with qualified candidates.
2.Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and labor laws.
3.Organizing orientation programs and continuous professional development for hospital staff.
4. Handling employee salaries, benefits, leaves, and attendance systems efficiently.
5. Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts professionally.
6.Overseeing daily administrative tasks like facility maintenance, security, procurement, and vendor management.
7. Enforcing hospital policies and procedures to maintain standards and ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintaining hospital documentation as per NABH guidelines
9. Staff Training Records: Document regular training on clinical and non-clinical skills for all staff.
10. Ensuring compliance with safety standards (fire safety, electrical safety).
11. Maintaining personal files of each employee, including qualifications, experience, and training history.
12. Maintain vendor agreements and contracts for equipment and supplies.
13. Ensure maintenance records for hospital equipment and infrastructure.
14. Ensure hospital licenses and registrations (fire safety, pollution control, health authority clearances) are up to date.
15. Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to in all patient and non-patient areas.
