HR Manager

• The role
  involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes across locations.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives, managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance with statutory and labor regulations, handling employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture.
• The position requires close collaboration with various departments to support the companys overall growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and organizational policies.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management processes.
• Support HR audits and maintain documentation related to compliance standards.
• Foster employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to support organizational development.
• Visit company sites in Gurugram, Manesar, and Jhajjar as required (at least once a week, with one primary base location).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, SEDEX, ISO, or similar audit/compliance systems.
• Proven skills in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role within a manufacturing background is strongly preferred.
