Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage complete

    employee lifecycle

    (onboarding to exit) and

    HR operations

    in line with company and statutory policies.
  • Handle

    end-to-end payroll processing

    , including

    attendance

    ,

    leave management

    ,

    PF

    ,

    ESI

    , and

    TDS compliance

    .
  • Administer

    HRMS tools (GreytHR/Zoho People)

    , ensuring accurate data management and HR reporting.
  • Lead

    end-to-end recruitment

    for both

    IT and Non-IT roles

    , including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Conduct

    Training Need Identification (TNI)

    ,

    training coordination

    , and maintain

    L&D documentation

    for compliance and audits.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
