HR Manager – Oil & Gas Exp 12 to 15 Yrs

Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions at fabrication yard specializing in oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing site-based HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workforce administration in a fabrication or heavy engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the fabrication yard
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of skilled and unskilled workforce
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, site safety norms, and HR policies
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Coordinate with project, production, and HSE teams for workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs
• Liaise with contractors, local authorities, and auditors for HR and statutory matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Industrial Relations
• 8–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in oil & gas or heavy fabrication yards
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and workforce deployment in site/project setups
• Gulf experience preferred
