Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

  • Collecting Data for Needs Assessment

  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Training Evaluation

  • Train the Trainers_Need for Training the Trainers

  • Deliver Training

  • Track budgets

HR Analytics

  • HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and

payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and

other sources.

  • Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation,

turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key

performance metrics.

  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational

culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address

staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance

Performance Management System

  • Establish a performance-oriented culture by ensuring all employees have KRA & KPI as per Balance Score Card.

  • Facilitate in KRA-KPI setting and performance Review for employees

  • Creating a KRA -KPI Library as per Roles

  • Yearly Review & Half Yearly Feedback is conducted respective department head, L1 & L2 manager analyse

individual performance and rating is done respective departments head does the Normalization.

  • HR evaluation on the Rating by employee and manager

  • Based on rating bellcurve is prapared company wise, department wise & HOD wise

  • Based on rating (EE/FEE) Hipots are identified and Laggards (FBE) in Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

  • PI Calculation

  • Culture of Leadership & Growth

Talent Management

  • Responsible for identifying high-potential employees within the organization.

  • Develop and implement programs to nurture and retain these high-potential individuals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to design succession plans for key positions.

  • 360 degree Survey for HOD

Employee Engagement

  • Create initiatives to boost morale, teamwork, and employee well-being.

  • Encourage open communication channels for employees to express concerns, ideas, and feedback.

  • Yearly Employee satisfaction survey are conducted, collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Create recognition and reward programs that celebrate employee achievements like 3S, Yearly Recognition, Kaizen.

  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, events to enhance camaraderie and collaboration among employees.

Induction & Training for New Plant

  • Prepare induction plan for Critical Position , N3 and above

  • Prepare induction plan for New Plant - New Joinee Along with Feedback , Assesment and Evaluation after 7 days

Planned Training

  • Induction for Critical Postion and N4 and above ( promote the company's mission, values, and vision, policies and

Benefit )

  • Post Completion of 30 days, 60 days and 90 days employee share feedback, this helps to understand the pulse of

the new joinee

Employee Connect

  • Buddy Program - To ensure a smooth transition into the new role and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Chai- Pe- Charcha – Encourage open communication channels for employees to express concerns, ideas, and

feedback.

  • First Impression Survey just Initiated

  • HR Connect Touch Base with the Employees discreetly to Understand their concerns and thought

Audit

  • Handle Internal/External Audit

  • Address queries raised by auditor

  • Compiling information and respond promptly to the auditor query

  • Ensure request documentation is made available and smooth audit is done

HRMS Implementation

  • Standardization of HR Policies Data migration

  • System testing

  • User training

  • Budget

  • Go-live

  • Managing Issues & Challenges
