HR Manager

As an HR Assistant at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries. Statutory Compliance: - ESI (Employees State Insurance) - PF (Provident Fund) - Labour Welfare Fund - Professional Tax & Other Applicable Labour Laws Recruitment & Onboarding: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management. - Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees including documentation and induction. HR Operations: - Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases. - Support in HR policies implementation and grievance handling. - Coordinate with departments for workforce planning and support. In order to be considered for this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources or equivalent or 12 years in HR-related field (preferably in Textile/Apparel or retail sector). - Male candidates preferred Food & Accommodation available This is a full-time position based in Kottakkal, Kerala.
