The company's vision includes a commitment to nurturing India's future workforce by offering industry-relevant training through a state-of-the-art skilling and assessment platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HR Operations:** - Handle employee grievances, maintain HR documentation, and ensure accurate HRMIS. - Support performance management, engagement activities, and implementation of HR policies. - **Client Handling & Field Responsibilities:** - Visit client sites regularly for employee connect, feedback collection, and issue resolution. - Coordinate with clients for HR updates and ensure smooth management of deployed staff. - Plan and execute R&R activities, team dinners, celebrations, and engagement events. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation is a must. - Experience of 6-8 years in core HR. *Note: This role specifically focuses on Core HR and Client HR Management, excluding recruitment responsibilities.
