Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as immigration consultants, case officers, documentation executives, sales counselors, and support staff
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Conduct interviews, background verification, and onboarding processes
  • Hire candidates with knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and client handling

Employee Onboarding & Training

  • Manage joining formalities, offer letters, and appointment letters
  • Organize induction programs for new employees
  • Coordinate training on immigration policies, country-specific visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.), and compliance standards

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and attendance systems
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits
  • Handle employee documentation and HR MIS reports

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems
  • Set KPIs aligned with sales targets, case success rates, and service quality
  • Monitor employee productivity and support improvement plans

Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
  • Promote a positive and ethical work culture
  • Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and exit formalities

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
  • Implement HR policies related to confidentiality, client data protection, and ethical practices
  • Ensure compliance with immigration industry standards and regulations

Retention & Engagement

  • Design employee engagement activities to reduce attrition
  • Implement incentive and reward programs for sales and operations teams
  • Conduct feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys

Exit Management

  • Manage resignation process, notice periods, and full & final settlements
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends

Support to Management

  • Advise management on workforce planning and HR strategies
  • Support organizational growth and restructuring
  • Prepare HR reports for leadership review
