HR Manager Generalist

As an experienced HR professional with 8+ years of experience, your role at our company in Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals. - Oversee attendance management for domestic and overseas employees. - Ensure labor law compliance and maintain statutory records as per regulatory requirements. - Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations. - Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and training programs. - Drive strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and efficiency. - Partner with management for workforce planning and talent retention. - Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS reports, and HR analytics.
