HR Manager for School

The HR manager plays a vital role in managing all aspects of employee relations in a school environment. You will be responsible for various tasks ranging from recruitment and training to performance management and employee development. Your primary goal will be to attract and retain top talent, thereby fostering a positive and productive work environment within the school. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment and Selection: Identifying staffing needs, advertising positions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. - Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. - Performance Management: Setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans. - Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and promoting professional growth. - Compliance: Ensuring the school adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations. - Employee Welfare: Managing employee benefits, promoting employee well-being, and creating a safe and inclusive workplace. - Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Budgeting: Managing the HR budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. In essence, as the HR manager, you will act as a strategic partner to ensure the school has the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles to achieve its educational goals and create a positive learning environment for students.
