HR Manager ( Female Only )

Position: HR Manager (Female Only)
Location: Rajkot (Corporate Office) | Morbi | Ankleshwar | Pipaliya
Experience: Minimum 4 years (Manufacturing / Healthcare / Corporate HR)
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration
Salary: Up to ₹50,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and policy implementation
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Maintain statutory compliance and HR documentation
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling
• Support performance management and workforce planning
• Coordinate HR functions across multiple units
• Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication

NOTE - The company has three plants located in Pipaliya, Morbi, and Ankleshwar. The selected candidate will be required to visit these plants 2–3 times a week as needed. During these visits, transportation and lunch will be provided. Since new plants are currently in progress in Morbi and Ankleshwar, visits may be required for a few months whenever work arises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
