At Fab Gold, the HR Manager plays a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and maintaining a strong organizational culture. Key responsibilities include:

• Talent Acquisition: Leading recruitment efforts to attract and hire skilled professionals who align with Fab Gold’s values and business needs.
• Employee Relations: Managing employee engagement, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering open communication to maintain a positive and productive environment.
• Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems to drive accountability, growth, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs to support employee development and career progression.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a legally compliant and ethical workplace.
• HR Strategy: Collaborating with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support Fab Gold’s long-term objectives and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹15,600.32 - ₹48,203.46 per month
