Job Description

As the Employee Relations Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage employee relations effectively by facilitating communication between employees and management, resolving conflicts, and addressing workplace issues. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your role will also involve overseeing the performance appraisal processes, offering guidance to managers on performance issues, and assisting in the creation of employee growth plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering compensation programs, reviewing salary structures, and managing employee benefits packages to ensure competitiveness within the industry. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate data management in the HRMS system and utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and provide detailed reports on HR activities to the management. You will also play a vital role in preparing and managing the HR department budget, ensuring the cost-effective utilization of available resources while striving for 100% process compliance. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification with 12-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a similar managerial position. Your leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, familiarity with HR technologies, and effective communication skills will be key assets as you interact with employees at all organizational levels.,
