Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR professional in this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage various aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, and training & development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent. - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. - Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding programs. - Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively. - Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives. - Organize employee engagement programs and activities. - Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and work hours. - Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems. - Provide feedback and support employee development programs. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures. - Maintain HR records and documentation. - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. - Conduct workshops or outsource training programs as needed. Qualification Required: - Ability to commute/relocate to Calicut, Kerala. - Proficiency in English language. - Full-time availability for work in person.,
