Shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, interview schedules, and feedback.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Support in campus outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, and passive candidate search.
Learn to evaluate candidates’ tech skills through CVs and pre-screening calls.
Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
