HR IT Lead(SuccessFactors)

You are invited to apply for the position of DGM-HR IT at our Mumbai location. As part of Sun Pharma's HR Transformation journey, you will play a crucial role in managing the global HR technology landscape, including the implementation and extension of SuccessFactors for over 40,000 employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing systems related to Time tracking, Leave, Contractors, and Admin functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategically leading HR technology initiatives to enhance business functionality and performance. - Configuring and optimizing systems, including real-time integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA) and managing modules such as Time and attendance systems and Contractor Management system. - Providing technical leadership in SAP SuccessFactors, managing projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with various stakeholders for seamless integration. - Developing training programs for users and providing ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of HR tech solutions. - Monitoring industry trends to identify best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess: - Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MBA/MCA - Specific Certification: Digital HR certification in SAP SuccessFactors preferred, PMP certification will be an added advantage - Experience: 15-18 years in IT Services/Pharma Industry - Strong understanding of HR technology, web services architecture, new technologies like RPA, Analytics, AI/ML, and HR processes in manufacturing organizations - Strong leadership qualities, proactive nature, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and high level of professionalism and integrity.
