Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work with various HR functions, especially recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment needs and develop a recruitment strategy.
  • Create effective keywords to source potential candidates and filter candidates based on eligibility and requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in using social media and job portals to source, shortlist, and hire suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and comprehension) are essential to build rapport with candidates and management.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or related education is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of social media and other job portals is highly desirable.
  • Must be an active team player.
  • Possess a passion for learning new technologies and skills.
  • Must be willing to work in day shift timings.
  • Should be focused on contributing to recruitment success for the business.
  • Candidates from Trichy are preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Must have own a laptop.
  • Internship duration: 30 days.
  • Shift timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
