(v) Employer Branding Basics
2. Sourcing Strategies & Screening
(i) Sourcing Channels (Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals)
(ii) Boolean Search & Advanced Search Techniques
(iii) Resume Screening & Applicant Filtering
(iv) ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
3. Benefits to Participants
(i) Hands-on experience in real recruitment cycles
(ii) Exposure to hiring tools and analytics

4. Final Outcomes
