HR Internship Paid (6-Months)

As a Paid Internship (Full-Time) HR intern at our company, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various day-to-day operations and recruitment activities. Your role will be crucial in assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the overall HR function. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, supporting HR operations, and assisting with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will play a role in the onboarding process for new hires and contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement and development. To be eligible for this role, you must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and able to start immediately. You should also be committed to a duration of 6 months and have a strong interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management. This internship opportunity is open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree preferred. The internship will have a duration of 6 months and is based in person at our office in Indore.
