HR Internship (Female Candidates Only – MBA Background)

We are looking for a passionate and proactive female MBA student or recent graduate for an HR Internship. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track applicant progress
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related communication

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Pursuing or completed MBA in HR or a related field
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Available for Long term Work as a HR .
