Job Description

HR Payroll Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and updating records.
  • Support HR team with data entry and documentation.
  • Preparing and uploading different kind of Letters (Transfer/Show cause/Termination ect.)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
  • Coordinate with team members for payroll-related queries.
  • Learn and follow company HR and payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
  • Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
