About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates from job portals, social media, and other platforms

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers

Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms

Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability as per job requirements

Participate in onboarding activities for selected candidates

Provide administrative support to the HR team on various recruitment projects

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with MS Office and job portals (preferred)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
