Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as managing HR policies, supporting HR management, administering employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also help in organizing and maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and participating in HR-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
