HR Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team in Guntur. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates pursuing or recently completed their education in Human Resources, Management, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR setup. Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment process
• Help in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities
• Assist in employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
• Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
