HR Intern

As an intern, you will be responsible for managing job requisitions from hiring managers, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements. You will utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing. Additionally, you will create and publish job postings on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media for job posting and advertising. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining the company's employer brand and reputation for employer branding. Furthermore, you will manage candidate applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing, including conducting initial screenings of candidate applications, resumes, and cover letters. You will also conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in Malayalam and English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment Please note that this is an internship position with a contract length of 4 months. The work location is in person with a fixed morning shift schedule.
