Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and office events.
  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR processes and recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
