Hiring: HR / Institutional Expert – Shimla
IPE Global Limited is seeking to hire an HR / Institutional Expert for the World Bank-funded Program for Results (PforR) Himachal Pradesh Water Supply and Sewage Services (WSS) Improvement Program, contributing towards sustainable urban water and sanitation solutions.Location: Shimla, Himachal PradeshQualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM with specialization in Human ResourcesExperience: Minimum 15 years in HR functions within public or private sectors, with expertise in recruitment, staffing, performance management, organizational development, and institutional strengthening.Note: Experience criteria may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.Candidates based in Shimla or those willing to relocate will be preferred. Early joiners will be given priority.
