- Prepare the annual manpower budget and identify additional talent requirements in alignment with business needs - Cascade business objectives and ensure effective goal-setting, performance conversations, and annual appraisals - Conduct periodic workforce assessments to identify skills / capability gaps and work towards bridging the gaps through appropriate L&D interventions in collaboration with L&D CoE. - Ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits plans in a timely manner in collaboration with C&B CoE. - Promote a culture that encourages excellence, employee growth, and team cohesion. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and MPMIR/PGDM/MBA in HR from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Bschools.
