This is a full-time HR Head role at Dev Staffing Solutions, located in Raipur CG. The HR Head will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
