Role & responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership Act as a culture champion by promoting employee engagement, collaboration, and a growth mindset to drive business success. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organization goals and corporate policies. Partner with leadership to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and accountability. Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention strategies to meet staffing needs. Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, and talent development programs. Work with department heads to identify workforce gaps and implement succession planning. Employee Relations & Engagement Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention. Address grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns in a fair and effective manner. Lead internal communication strategies to promote transparency and collaboration. Industrial Relations & Compliance Manage labor relations, including handling negotiations with unions (if applicable). Ensure compliance with all labor laws, medical regulations, and accreditation requirements. Handle disciplinary actions and legal HR matters in coordination with legal advisors. Learning & Development Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs. Foster leadership development and capability-building initiatives. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. HR Operations & Performance Management Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR technology systems. Implement and monitor key HR metrics, ensuring process efficiency and compliance. Drive performance appraisal processes and career development frameworks.
