Hello Folks, We Urgent Job Opening in our organization for HR Gernalist role Location: Mumbai( Parel) Exp: 3+ Years CTC: 20000/- to 30000/- Notice Period : Immediate Job Profile 1) Screening and sourcing the candidates from different Job portals (WorkIndia, Naukri, Shine.com, Reference etc.) 2) Taking the first level of interview and sending it to the hire ups for further interview process. 3) Taking the pre-offer documents from the candidates and preparing the offer letter accordingly. 4) Checking their End of the day report. 5) Marking the attendance of the employees and adjusting the leaves accordingly. 6) Planning employee engagement activities for the employees. 7) Doing the Exit formalities of the employees (preparing their Relieving and experience letter).
