Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities • End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, background verification processes, and rolling out offer letters. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements to prepare the job description and ensure timely hiring. • Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers. Issue all the necessary documentation related employment as per company norms. Coordinate performance reviews and feedback sessions. Track employee development progress and measure training effectiveness. • HRIS & Data Management Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate employee records. Generate reports to track key HR metrics such as headcount, master database, asset management, documentation filing, office supplies report, performance report, etc. • HR Administration and Operations Oversee office maintenance, security, and housekeeping services. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure a well-maintained and safe workplace environment. • Employee Engagement and Grievances Handling Address and resolve employee concerns related to policies, payroll, and workplace issues. Plan and execute engagement activities such as team-building events, monthly celebrations and festive celebrations. Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to foster a positive workplace culture. • Policies Maintenance & Payroll Management Ensure employees are well-informed about policies related to code of conduct, leave management, disciplinary actions, workplace ethics, and safety protocols. Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company objectives. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
