HR Field Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation of Client survey needs at the grassroots level. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and food for team members.
• Maintain databases, KYC records, and ensure proper documentation.
• Train and guide team members in conducting surveys, shipments, and related activities.
• Assist in obtaining permissions from relevant authorities (Highway, Railway, Airport, Metro, Police, etc.).
• Interact with clients during surveys to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate data collection in the field.
• Conduct field visits prior to surveys to assess requirements for smooth execution.
• Hire and manage local talent for survey work as needed.
• Step in as an operator/enumerator if the team size is insufficient.
• Recruit candidates within budget and ensure effective cost control during projects.
• Handle company inventories and maintain proper records.
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Motivate the team and provide necessary facilities to ensure productivity.

Skills & Experience:

• Any graduate with 01 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management and public speaking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
