Job Summary:

KES Security is seeking a proactive and responsible HR Field Executive to support our on-ground HR operations. This role involves regular site visits, facilitating onboarding processes, arranging accommodation for new joiners/labour, and serving as a link between the field workforce and the HR department. The ideal candidate should be ready to travel extensively and manage field-level HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workforce attendance, resolve grievances, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage the onboarding process, including issuing offer letters and appointment letters to new employees/labour.
• Coordinate and arrange accommodation (rooms or dormitories) for new joiners and existing labourers as needed.
• Maintain accurate field HR documentation such as attendance, ID cards, contract renewals, etc.
• Act as a point of contact between the field staff and the HR department at the head office.
• Support recruitment efforts in the field – assist with local hiring and document collection.
• Monitor worker welfare and ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and labour policies at sites.
• Handle field-level employee grievances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,905.53 per month
