JD - HR Executive

1. Consolidate HR Function

2. Review the present statutory compliance level related to employment and advice mandatory changes required if any.

3. Recruitment and staffing, Identifying job opening and developing job descriptions. Sourcing and screening candidates. Conducting interview and making hiring decisions.

4. Compensation and Benefits: Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs. Ensuring fair and competitive pay scales. Managing pay roll and benefits administration.

5. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and grievances. Maintaining a positive work environment.

6. Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are in line with the current local legislation and keeps abreast of current trends and practices in the field.

7. Preparation of monthly HR MIS reports.

8. Assists in creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the organization that allows open communication, ensuring that both employee morale and productivity reach the highest levels possible.

9. Ensure the implementation of the organization’s grievance and disciplinary policy, periodically consulting with department heads on appropriate actions to be taken.

10. Ensures that the annual performance review of all employees in the department is conducted as per the organization mandated policies and procedures and is aligned with the organizational succession plan.

11. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualification:

Required graduates/ MBA in HR.

Require with min 2-3 years of experience in an HR and admin role with mandatory knowledge of statutory complaisance like PF, ESI & Labour.

Salary :

20,000- 30,000
