Location: Durgapur | Industry: Mining (Coal Preferred)
Job Summary
We’re hiring a detail-oriented HR Compliance Professional to oversee statutory and labour law compliance in a mining setup. Ensure 100% legal adherence, manage documentation, coordinate audits & support contractor compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with: Mines Act, Factories Act, CLRA, POB, POG, ESI, EPF, LWF, DGMS.
Represent company at Labour Offices/Tribunals.
Maintain statutory registers & submit DGMS returns.
File returns via Shram Suvidha & Silpa Sathi portals.
Draft & analyze compliance correspondence.
Labour licence documentation & subcontractor HR checks.
Generate Monthly MIS and manpower reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Labour Compliance (Preferred).
2–5 years in statutory compliance (Mining industry preferred).
Strong English drafting + Labour Law knowledge.
