Job Description

As a potential candidate for the position, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Role Overview: - You will be responsible for managing HR and people-related tasks, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - You will be in charge of administrative duties such as staff scheduling, recordkeeping, and policy enforcement. - Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you effectively interact with a diverse workforce and resolve conflicts. - Being adaptable and having a good understanding of industry-specific standards will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and onboard blue-collar staff promptly to meet operational needs. - Employee Relations: Handle grievances, absenteeism, and motivate staff from diverse backgrounds. - Staff Scheduling & Attendance: Proficient in rostering, shift management, and maintaining accurate attendance records. - Documentation & Recordkeeping: Efficiently maintain personnel files, contracts, leave records, and compliance documents. - Reporting: Prepare HR reports including turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status. - Policy Enforcement: Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies at all sites. - Multilingual Advantage: Comfortably communicate with a diverse workforce. - Conflict Resolution: Mediate between workers, supervisors, and clients to resolve issues effectively. - Client-facing Skills: Maintain professionalism when interacting with site managers or client representatives. - Adaptability: Quickly respond to staffing changes, client demands, and operational challenges. - Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledgeable about hygiene standards, PPE requirements, and safe cleaning practices. - Technical & Digital Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and basic data analysis. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. - Female candidate below 27 years of age. - Graduate, preferably in HR/Business Administration or related field.
