Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment and onboarding process for warehouse staff. You will also be involved in employee engagement, welfare, performance tracking, and disciplinary actions. Your role will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff including pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, etc. - Coordinate with agencies/vendors for manpower hiring. - Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees. - Maintain employee attendance records using biometric/manual systems. - Address salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention. - Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure safe and healthy working conditions in compliance with labor laws. - Track and review employee performance regularly. - Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions. - Handle disciplinary actions, issue warning letters, and manage exit formalities. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions effectively. - Experience in performance management and appraisal processes. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools. Please note that this job is full-time and requires in-person work at the designated location.
