Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Bond: 15 Months (Mandatory Commitment)

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our recruitment team. As an HR Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end hiring for various clients and play a key role in connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates.
• Handle salary negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
• Track interview status and update reports.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth onboarding.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream).
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
