Role & responsibilities

Contractual Manpower Management

1. Ensure required manpower is available to carry out the plant operations.

2. Liaison with manpower suppliers for manpower availability and compliances.

3. Ensure all labour payments are made within the specified timelines.

5. Execute periodic R&R and employee engagement activities at the plant.

6. Conduct necessary training programs at the plant also maintain records of all trainings.

General Administration-:

1. Manage the administrative function, including facilities management, office services.

2. Monitor plant administration budget, ensuring that costs are kept under control

3. Ensure office space management and upkeep of the plant premises.

4. Responsible for security and safety of all employees and assets.

6. Conduct risk assessment and prepare SOPs for risk mitigation and Emergency response.

Industrial Relations / Employee relations:

1. Ensure harmonious industrial relations internal / external for efficient running of plant.

2. Ensure effective employee relations with all category of employees.

3. Liaison with Govt Officials and Public Representatives:

4. Maintain effective liaison with both Government Officials and Public Representatives to ensure smooth industrial operations.

5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
